Ingredientes para el hummus:
- 400 gr de alubias blancas cocidas
- 2 remolachas cocidas
- 2 dientes de ajo
- 3 cucharadas de tahinni
- 1 cucharadita de sal
- El zumo de un limón
- 1 cucharadita de comino
- 4 cucharadas de aceite de oliva

- Encender el horno a 200º.
- Cortar la coliflor por la mitad y hacer 4 rodajas de unos 2 cm de espesor.
- Colocar en una fuente de horno.
- Mezclar el aceite con lasespecias y pintar las rodajas de coliflor por ambos lados.
- Hornear unos 30 minutos ohasta que la coliflor esté tierna.
- Poner en el vaso de la batidora los ingredientes del hummus y triturar hasta obtener una consistencia fina.
- Poner en un plato una base de hummus, colocar encima la rodaja de coliflor y terminar con las avellanas picadas y el cilantro fresco.
