[value] => Precalentamos el horno a 200 ºC.
Salteamos la cebolla con la mantequilla en una sartén durante unos minutos.
Añadimos las espinacas y cocinamos todo un par de minutos más.
Incorporamos la nata liquida y el queso crema. Salpimentamos, mezclamos y vertemos la mezcla en dos recipientes individuales aptos para hornear.
Añadimos dos huevos en cada recipiente y el salmón ahumado.
Horneamos durante 10-12 minutos hasta que los huevos hayan cuajado.
Servimos con buen trozo de pan y unas hojas de espinaca baby.
